Hi all, i searched the forum but there are infinite topics talking about social buttons, an i cant find one with the tip of how to Twwet/Share/+1 for each post and not just for the thread?

I post one image to have an idea about how i would like to be:

I am also looking for same thing.. sharing buttons for a POST not the whole Thread.... what I have found is mods which help share the whole thread, with the iamges etc of the FIRST post showing up... NOT anything which shows up on EACH post and shares THAT post's images etc. on FB, Google+ etc....

Anything ... pl point me in the right direction !
