Hi, I have a moderator and would like it set that she is able to edit a users profile. I have tried even extending her to Admin to see if it works. but she keeps getting an error saying she is not allowed to do that. Please help

You can make her admin as a additional usergroup. then go to Admin CP -> Admin Permissions -> *username* -> "[ set ]"
And check the "Can Manage Users" option.
I tried that and she is still getting an access denied error
When she tries to login to the admin CP or?
She said she can log into admin cp but can't access much in there, including users
What is she clicking on; Manage Groups, Search for Users?
She said search for users and manage groups both dont work for her
Is the moderator set to administrator with a primary or secondary group?
She is set to Admin for primary and secondary.
