Guests cant (but Registered users can) view post attachments.
Just started, no recent changes at CPA... that can remember.
Same with IE and Firefox.
CPA setting (couldnt find any when checked) ?

Your forum permission settings control this.
Each forum as you may know has set-able permissions.. check what's going on in the guest user group for the download attachment permissions. Sometime plugins can screw with this.. so consider that possibility as well. But first check your forum permissions.
