I think it should be simple.
Second one is a plugin that will make moderator notes visible to pubilc above the first post on each page. Would be great if it'd show html.
What I want is to show my note (or html advertiserment) to the members (all groups), different for every thread, so any other idea how to do it would be appreciated.
