My Forums / User Control Panel / Edit Profile  
the following words are writen in BLUE
Required Fields, Optional Fields, Additional Information . . .

where would I find the place to edit them to white ?

I got this for you already....it was the legend css field which is not defined by mybb. You should be all good now. Refresh you browser to make sure you get the latest CSS in case your browser caches it.
