I have an annoying problem, when I go to reply to PM's I have to keep quoting the previous text, is there a way to add a New Rely button on there, is there a plugin that does this.

That's ideal, but the editor is too big in my theme, so I need to find where I edit the size so you can see the send button. Thank you so much for your help,

it's in your theme templates, I believe it's in the Private Messaging Templates category.
One of those templates should have the button in there and you'll be able to style or change it according to your needs.
