anyone know any good form mods, To define this i mean like where you can turn an forum into an application form with fields etc and it automaticly posts an post about it

Can't blame him for that. The ones who abused this plugin ought to be ashamed of themselves and really, if it is possible to identify the alleged abusers their site should be nulled and further support should be refused by MyBB.
