Okay, I have a problem. Several people have tried to register on my forum and after tey finish their registration it says something along the lines of "you have been disallowed registration because your details match that of a known spammer."
Is there anything I can do to fix this?
You are using the stopforumspam plugin. Change its settings or disable it.

Pretty much this.
StopForumSpam will be stopping them getting onto your forum. Either disable that if you want everyone to be able to register.
I do not suggest you use StopForumSpam anyway, tends to stop a few actual posters getting in because of false reports ect.
I would suggest you looked for other spam preventions. Check out this thread for better options that will allow more people to get joining:
