After many days i have start again to make google seo works, but this time it missing this: Add to .htaccess:
# Some hosts require RewriteBase to make RewriteRules work.
RewriteBase /forums/

And i am 100% it there, so why it give me this? How to fix?Dodgy
It expects them in an order:

RewriteEngine on
RewriteBase /forums/
RewriteRule 1
RewriteRule 2
...
RewriteRule 999

So don't put any RewriteRules above RewriteEngine or anything like that.

However you may simply ignore this as long as everything works. Google SEO is just guessing what the .htaccess should look like. It's your own decision what to make out of it. I would hide these instructions behind a link or something but I think people would fail to see it.
Thanks for answer, but i am a little confusing, can i share here my .htaccess code so you can tell me if it's ok or what to do?
Sharing would be fine, there is nothing really important in it unless you have customized it from the default.
thanks, i have preffered to ask first if will not be bad with some rules here on forum, so now i have this .htaccess code on forum root:

Options -MultiViews +FollowSymlinks -Indexes
# Make this rule the first rewrite rule in your .htaccess!
RewriteRule ^([^&]*)&(.*)$ http://nuntaonline.md/forums/$1?$2 [L,QSA,R=301]
#
# If mod_security is enabled, attempt to disable it.
# - Note, this will work on the majority of hosts but on
# MediaTemple, it is known to cause random Internal Server
# errors. For MediaTemple, please remove the block below
#
<IfModule mod_security.c>
# Turn off mod_security filtering.
SecFilterEngine Off

# The below probably isn't needed, but better safe than sorry.
SecFilterScanPOST Off
</IfModule>

# MyBB "search engine friendly" URL rewrites

And i have also another .htaccess on public_html root

RewriteEngine on
RewriteCond %{HTTP_HOST} ^www\.nuntaonline\.md$
RewriteRule ^/?$ "http\:\/\/nuntaonline\.md\/" [R=301,L]

Options +FollowSymLinks
RewriteCond %{THE_REQUEST} ^.*/index\.php
RewriteRule ^(.*)index.php$ http://nuntaonline.md/$1 [R=301,L]

RewriteRule ^category-([A-Za-z0-9_&]+)\.html$ productpage.php?productid=$1 [L]

Any suggestion?
It should be:

RewriteEngine on (it's fine where it is)
RewriteBase /forums/ (somewhere down in the middle, move it directly below RewriteEngine)
RewriteRule ^([^&]*)&(.*)$ http://nuntaonline.md/forums/$1?$2 [L,QSA,R=301] (up at the top, move it directly below RewriteBase)
Sorry but this where i must enter on .htaccess of the forum root or on the public_html root?
