I currently have a site that has 760 users and anywhere from 40 to 95 users on at a time. I have been working with my provider about this issue and they are accepting responsibility for some of this, but they are saying the issue is with mybb having so many open processes open and all using between 72 and 73mb of memory at once. Here is a list I just got. What would cause so many processes to be open at once?

I am running Mybb 1.6.9. Here is the list of plugins. I have tried using the setting of disabling all plugins, but it didn’t seem to make a difference:

I have the setting of disable all plugins set yes and then I closed the board. I reset all connections. Within seconds, I had just as many open connections again. Does anybody have any ideas?

How big is your board post wise?

Maybe, it's hit stats plugin. It runs queries to save hits on every page load. Better use third party systems like Google Analytics or so to track hits/stats.
