Whenever you press the quote+ on my forum, it tries to redirect/do something but it just comes up with this broken image and does nothing.

How can I fix this? Thanks!

Are you sure it does nothing? After pressing the button check your quick reply if the message being queued for quote or not, like this:

For the broken image - I guess you are missing the on state button - naming "postbit_multiquote_on.gif". Please verify.
