Which template do I edit to change the background and text of the reputation box?

1. Change the background color of tborder from global.css.
2. Change the properties of 'blockquote' instances from global.css.
3. Modify the properties of '.trow_reputation_positive' & '.trow_reputation_negative' from global.css. To change the color of text - add the property: color: #000;
