plugin page not showing in acp - Fatal error:

Today i going to upgrade my mybb

so i goinh to de-active some plugin after some

i show following error

Fatal error: Call to a member function read() on a non-object in /public_html/netsat.in/forum/inc/plugins/announcement.php on line 7

& /forum/inc/plugins/announcement.php on line 7
code is

    $pluginlist = $cache->read("plugins");

what is the problem !!
please help me !!

New probelm is on when i am make some changes in

/forum/inc/plugins/announcement.php on line 7

than the msg showing on plugin page
& plugin update page in acp

is "access denied"

after update a new fresh copy of announcement.php

it is still please help me.

mybb upgrade is successful

& working fine but plugin page is crashes

& not showing in acp !!!!!!!

Delete announcement.php from inc/plugins/ansment.php
100/-prob will be solve

Not working i m deleted now

/inc/plugins/announcement.php

/inc/languages/english/admin/config_announcement.lang.php

/admin/modules/config/announcement.php

Please help !!!

does your forum has higher level admins - may be your privileges are removed for plugins
