I am trying to add another page. The content is a mix of HTML and JavaScript. I have used a plugin Page Manager (1.5.2) and and I have tried the template add to add my content but neither one will hold all the content.

Basically I need the page to look integrated into mybb forum.

What exactly are you trying to load on the page?

It is just HTML and CSS, but the length of everything won't fit. I will paste it in it, then save and come back and see that it has cut a lot of it off.

So what's the issue?

The issue is I can't add all the code I want to add. When I add it and save it, the code gets cut off.

Page manager might be having some sort of cut off limit from what you're telling, not sure because I've personally never used it.
