Apart from Operational ranking (Mods, Smods Admin et al) I want to provide additional title/Ranking according to number of posts and may be reputation.
Does MyBB support this? If no is there such a plugin to do that?

Yes it is possible, Go to User & Groups -> Usertitles. You will find everything there.

Sorry, I have found it in Admin CP/user titles
