So I was trying to find something that came with a PSD, responsive (obviously), and easy to pick up. A nice UI was a plus but not needed. So I ended with these three and was hoping for opinions from anyone that's used them.

Just use the one you like Toungue.

http://amazium.co.uk/ - the one I like.
Yeah but that's the thing, I just can't pick lol.

That one looks pretty nice as well.
Why isn't Bootstrap or Foundation in that list???
Bootstrap and Foundation felt like more than I needed. I wanted something that worked but wasn't too much.

Agreed. A framework should be a tool not lego's that you just put together Toungue. Couldn't think of a better analogy on the spot.
Well Gumby2 looks pretty good.. if I had to choose I between those three I'd choose Gumby2. Reasons is the presentation, the design, and presumption of it's simplicity.

I ended up going with this one, thanks for the suggestions though. It was really simple and I think exactly what I need.
I know you've already decided, but inuit is worth a look too for it's OOCSS ideals: http://inuitcss.com

Honestly I'm just glad to seem them going back the "bare bones" because for awhile they were as bad as bootstrap.
