MyBB SQL Error
MyBB has experienced an internal SQL error and cannot continue.

SQL Error:
1130 - Host '10.1.1.31' is not allowed to connect to this MySQL server
Query:
[READ] Unable to connect to MySQL server
Please contact the MyBB Group for support.

You've to ask your host about this error, it's not MyBB related.

Hope you don't have free hosting with 000webhost. Their support is worse than stepping in a fresh pile of dog-squeeze barefooted on a sunday morning!
