How can I do that members have to pay, or their account will be closed automatically, so are there any plugin similar ?
So they have to pay to donate or their account will be closed.

Do you mean like a subscription, I'm sur there is a plugin some where but not 100% sure.

You need to pay somebody to make it for you as there is no present plugins. (I have not checked at yaldaram)
