Evening guys!
Having some problems tonight with upgrading a client's mybb installation. We're not 100% sure which version it was before they updated (it was definitely 1.6.5 or 1.6.7). It's also a messy installation done by their previous hoster which I'm thinking might be playing a part here. The client also forgot to turn off the plugins and I forgot to remind them XD
Anyway, so the client has tried to do it with some guidance from me over gtalk (admittedly not much as the guide on here is pretty good) and through the guide here, and we're now getting blank screens instead of the forum or the install. Any ideas how to fix it? We have full backups of the cpanel and their mysql database if needed.
