Where is the html for the register page, Can't seem to find it, maybe I'm just blind

And how, Could I Reduce the number of fields to just the few basics and remove all the writing on the right hand side?

ACP > Templates & Styles > Templates > {$theme_name} Templates > Member Templates > member_register
