How do i make usernames bold underlined ect...

Go to your admin CP and click on "manage groups".
Just use HTML code , the input can serve as example.
Bold is < b >
Underlined is < u >
Strike < s >
And so on!

Destroyers method will work, but you might consider using some CSS instead. This tutorial will explain more:
