EDIT: Found the problem. The cd command needed the /D bit because I was changing drives again. Next problem:

Following what I typed before in the .txt file, it successfully opens the host and goes to the authentication part, but it stops at the user name prompt.

it should be WinSCP.exe, not .com

you may need to manually run the process once manually to get the system keys registered. if you use the winscp GUI, can you connect to your server?

Tried the exe first. Doesn't work with it. Also ran the process manually. And yes, I can access it via the GUI.
