I'm looking to add a few pages of static content to my forum. What is the best way to do this in MyBB?

These are pages with reference info, FAQ, etc. When someone comes to the site, I want them to go to one of these pages first, with links for more info and links to the forum.

Of course, I could do static HTML outside of MyBB but I thought there might be some kind of static content system for MyBB?

MyBB unfortunately lacks a content system.
But you have option to create new pages in MyBB.

If you cant edit templates , here is a plugin for you, called Page Manager,
This would add new pages to your MyBB.
