I am having an error of 403 Forbidden on the following URL
http://www.thechompzone.com/index.php
http://www.thechompzone.com/forum/index.php

On both of those... why? I have not changed anything in a while. How do I fix this?

If they are your own forums, then your HOST problem. Otherwise if it someone Else's website your IP/Country is forbidden.
