Hi Folks,

I'm still quite new here, working on designing and implementing a forum, anyway down to business.

I am looking for the capability to set up a sub forum so that only the original thread poster and a specific user group can respond (not moderators)

is this possible? if so, i would appreciate it greatly for an explanation on how to do so.
