Uh-huh... I don't think they're really "positions" - Members are people that sign up to your forum.
You have plenty of staff. You honestly have to much staff. I'm not meaning to criticize your forum, but having to much staff and seeing no one but staff posting and replying to topics makes your forum look bad...
