Hey Guys,

I have started work on a theme called GrayScale.
It's called Grayscale because I have decided it to make it completely in grayscale without a drop of colour.

Please tell me how I can improve it? I'll keep updating the post as I work more on the theme

too many shadows and gradients and stuff. not a great example of minimalism. see Block & Blue for an example of how to do flat design well for MyBB.

I have to agree with brad. Even after your update.

Hey, nice to see you back and designing.

I'd suggest trying no shadows/gradients and using a nice contrasting color if you want to go for simplistic.

Otherwise trying decreasing the shadow distance rather than just the opacity.

Lower the shadows on the buttons, too much shadows doesn't make sense. Use flat gradient in the search background, lower the menu separator size.

Reminds me of a theme I was making a while ago under the same name but lost interest on, maybe you can take inspiration from it, just don't copy.
