guys i saw some mybb board that has a Table like Vbulletin for quest. That tells register,faq,login. Its the table on top for guest on vbulletin. How to do it?

How is it done?
MyBB is good but they really need to sell a PDF booklet with all these directions complete and with pictures. I got students waiting for this to go live!!
