Hello i have a Question How do i do a custom URL for my Forum posts?

Right now it says > http://modsforlife10forum.tk/forum-2.html
How do i change that to a url that i want?
like http://modsforlife10forum.tk/help.html instead of /Forum-2.html

or
modsforlife10forum.tk/Gaming.html instead of Forum-2.html
