Is there a view in the admin panel (or a plugin for that) that allows to, for a specific user group, set all permissions for all forums on one page? Without opening every single "permissions" page of every single forum?

At the moment, to set permissions for a group, as far as I can see I am forced to go into the permissions settings of every single forum and subforum.

permissions for forums are inherited from category permissions for that group, so if the category permissions are correct then the forum permissions should inherit - unless you override them with custom permissions
