Well, my MyBB, or whatever is a problem, because the changes in CSS is taking about 15minutos to be visible.
But if I edit the model template change appears instantly. What may be happening?
do you have the CSS cached on your server?

already done, i sorry for this issue, is because I'm changing the footer to the sidebar, and CSS FOOTER had not updated yet
