why i cant enter to my categories?
The people cant start my forum because it have problems with the link.

You need to rename htaccess.txt to .htaccess
htaccess.txt to .htacces? wtf???
In your file manager / ftp (where you uploaded your files), you will see a file named "htaccess.txt" -
you need to rename it to ".htaccess"
@manu1a you have turned on Search Engine Friendly URLs but not using relevant .htaccess file for the URL rewrites.

I changed ".htaccess" but the problem continue. I don´t know why...

Just as a check, did you already have a .htaccess file before you did the change?
And you know what? You did not rename htaccess.txt at all! It can be fixed only by renaming the file properly.
