How can I make it so when someone quotes a quote it doesn't start to nest each quote inside each other, but to make it so only the post they are quoting gets quoted.

I want it like Hackforums. Right now it is like

Quote:quoteagain
Quote:quatioga

But I only want 1 quote.

Search for "Maximum Nested Quote Tags" in the settings.
