I searched for this but couldn't find anything. MY BB came originally configured to show thumbnails but I changed it to show the full picture. The thumbnails always displayed but now the pictures only display if you are logged in. Is this by design or is their a workaround? I would like non-members to see the pictures.

I am referring attachments to user POSTS. Nothing to do with themes or anything else. See link below.

You need to go to the users settings and allow the guest group to download attachments.
