Ok i have a website on a free host but because i hit the maximum 2000 http requests in 24hrs my site won't load. I got hosting elsewhere now but trying to export my theme somehow.. any ideas?

Home >> Themes >> Click on options >> Export theme

Also you've to move images from your theme.

Not what i meant but thanks anyway, i couldn't access my website due to hitting my http limit so thought i might be able to get the theme from the database somehow. Sorted now anyway tho.

yes, you'd restore the database (to a local test install or anywhere), and export from there
