My members used to be able to use a custom user title, but the option is no longer there. I can see the field from my mod and admin cp, but when I log into my test account which does not have those perms, it's not there. I have a member wanting to do this and I can do it for him, but I'd like for members to have the option in their own cp. How do I turn this option back on?

You can enable them here:

Admin CP --> Users & Groups --> Groups --> [Registered Group] --> Users and Permissions
