like the /me command on forums

But with permissions?

and like a message to all staff that only staff can see (/staff [message]), and like /announce for certain membergroups. How would i do it? I know how to make the commands like /me but not with permissions...

Have you considered setting up forums for discussions with those specific groups of people, using forum permissions?

If you have those /staff and /announce MyCodes, you're going to have people very confused in the threads as some people won't be able to see the whole conversation.
