i download and upload plugin uploader to my website
i come to select zip folder then i start download he say Sorry, your host does not have the ability to extract .zip archives.
please help

This is not related to MyBB, you've to ask your host about it.

Note:
You can try using some ftp client such as FileZilla.

Is your host a linux , unix or a windows host?

As far as extraction abilities are concerned, the only one that has found issues while extracting zip archives is a unix server. The rest all have perfect compatibility with zip archives.
