Hi,
Recently I came to know which an user is working to reproduce the present template on my mybb forum and for use it on your website ...
the theme was created by me last summer starting from the theme default of mybb, and the theme is present only on my site ...

If this user pubblic the theme what can I do?

Do you not allow the theme to be used on other sites?
If so, then he must be "ripping". You must warn him first. If he does not heed, send him a legal warning. And if he refuses, file a DMCA and get his site removed.

Obviously you can not use the theme on other sites. It 'also written in the license that I put in the folder of images.
