I want to have a box where the images have new message, topic closed, moderator options, like the red theme.
My forum icons, and moderator options have nothing

can you please post your requirement in words. it is difficult to get it from given images

Looks just like a slimmer footer with less info in it. Somewhat difficult to tell exactly what each is since the one he wants is in French and his is in Portuguese I believe...
