How To Show Some Main Topics As Newsbar On Top ??

Which was selected & un-selected by admin only !!

To promote & show some main topics on Index page..

Bcz ChangUonDyU - Advanced Statistics only show Latest threads & postest

I want to show some Important Main topics to main page..

Can any plugin have that function !

if you can do it manually then you can use any announcement plugin or you can modify news bar on the header
plugins can show latest threads/posts (can be from specific forums) - not selective threads/posts
