Made a new email account and it seems to be working now.
I assume it was trying to much connections or it got conflicted since I was logged in to.

Anyhow thank you all for trying to help me out here.

Getting errors again :/

I'll add my 2 cents in here and say that I have had trouble using Google Apps accounts with MyBB (and they use the same mail servers). I just gave up after a while.

Yeah I know right, its so weird!
I made a new email account and let it there for about 5 minutes.
Did some mail sending just to set the account to 'active'.
Now I filled in the info at MyBB and it seems to be working.

So strange..!

Conclusion: Its not MyBB haha.

I'm going to mark this as solved given the above conclusion "It's no MyBB haha.".
