Hi all,

I'm currently doing some research for a niche where I might start a forum in. I just checked on Google for competition in that niche. There is one averaged sized forum and some bigger general forums which are covering my niche in their forum. Do you guys think it would be worth a shot? My niche is a big football club with a lot of fans.

Well, that depends on:
1. How known is the club (globally, locally).
2. How well-developed the competition is.
3. What can you offer more than other forums - do you have any original ideas or will it be simple forum with just changed theme?
4. Your domain comparing to competitions'.
5. Do you know any people which may help you with content?

And if the members on the medium sized forum and the larger forums can take another forum.
