MyBB SQL Error
MyBB has experienced an internal SQL error and cannot continue.

SQL Error:
2002 - No connection could be made because the target machine actively refused it.
Query:
[READ] Unable to connect to MySQL server
Please contact the MyBB Group for support.

This error is not related to MyBB, you've to ask your host about it.

The host is createmybb

You have to contact them...

As i can see their forum is also down. So there is some problem with their host, you've to wait them to be fixed.
