I have 2 questions for the redirect issue, which I do not know

1. how to put redirect code if other guests or members visit me here http://www.kampoeng.us/ forum for users "GoMobile" will be directed to http://www.kampoeng.us/forums.php

2. for users of all devices
initially guests can visit http://www.kampoeng.us/ for home display, and if the guest has a "login" then they will be forced into the yard http://www.kampoeng.us/forums.php, they can not go to page http://www.kampoeng.us/ unless they have "logout"
