I installed Google-SEO-1.6.5
I followed these instructions.

The urls are working properly. I have no idea how i got Forum-My-Forum in the homepages url though and i would like to remove it.

Google SEO will give your forum URL's SEO.

What is happening is, you have a forum called "My Forum". Google SEO rewrites your URL's so instead of displaying http://www.bannedlikeproductions.com/for...fid=number it will display http://www.bannedlikeproductions.com/Forum-name (where number is the fid, in your case, it is probably 2, and where name is the forum's name).
