Im having trouble with our forum not accepting attachments. If you try to upload something, the page refreshes like it worked, but nothing actually happens. No error message or anything. Ive checked the persmissions on the uploads folder and they are all correct. I even deleted the old folder and made a new one with the correct permissions. The Admin page confirms the permissions are correct.

Hi - please PM a test account - if you want me to try and fix it from ACP then make it an admin account.

This ended up being due to php variable upload_tmp_dir being unset. Leefish and others found this issue. I set it, and found it still didnt work. I did a quick google and found that the trailing slash is needed on the folder location. Once I did that uploads began to work.
