As in the title, if someone adds an attachment (photo) into their post.... if I click 'Remove', the page thanks me and redirects but the user's attachment is still there.

Ok, all fixed I believe. The problem was a JS issue in your headerinclude. You had jQuery in the wrong place and you've also obviously tried minifying the code - which caused an issue with the variable declarations for the JS.

I think the only thing I did with HeaderInclude was to add Google Analytics at one stage.
