This image: doesn't fit into the theme, IMHO. Otherwise, I think it looks decent. You should change the other icons to match your theme (like New Thread, etc)

The theme is very good, I like the gradients. The logo is a bit large imo. The navigation links(i.e. Search, Member List, etc.) need to be customized more. Maybe some different images or maybe so kind of tab like structure. Other than that, very nice work.
