Okay, so... I don't know what happened, but my Captcha suddenly broke down. I'm using 1.6.8.

Did you modify anything in the member_register template?

you must use the mods recaptca

The mods also with my error .. The mods seem incompatible with 1.6.8 and 1.6.9.
I also do not know where the fault lies.

I don't think so, no. Other than installing a new pre-made theme, I hadn't touched anything at all.
